Del Potro

I would like to ask about Del Potro, he will not to participate in London this year so he drop 800 points, and he also drop 180 point becouse he didnt play in Paris

Overall on his account he have only 180 points at the end of the season, It is mean that he must qualifying to Australian open?

Łukasz Kubot, Jerzy Janowicz, Michał Przysiężny

That's good news! So far, he's wanted:

1. Sydney
2. Melbourne
3. San Jose
4. Memphis
5. Delray Beach
6. Indian Wells

Depending how he's feeling after IW, I assume he'll choose (7) Miami and (8) Monte Carlo

Wow!!! Since the beginning of the year, our man has gone from world no. 259 to world no. 90 in 8 weeks!!! joy joy

Re: Del Potro

for Sydney and Memphis Del Potro received a wildcard,

for Delray Beach he didn't use his protected ranking ( he had a "special exempt" )

so he used his protected ranking only for 3 tournaments since the begining of the year:

1) Australian Open
2) San Jose
3) Indian Wells

he can again use his protected ranking for 5 tournaments until june

thx for the info, Elbarto!

Only till June? Since he's already in the top 100 and doesn't seem likely to fall out again, will it be to his advantage to use those 5 PRs?

Thx
