So how many medals are we going to win this Olympics?

Abhinav Bindra goes tomorrow. Let's hope he can defend his gold medal from Beijing!

One would be a miracle as far as I am concerned.

Unbelievably, Nadia got the first 10 in the history of Olympics at uneven bars and now we can't even score a 9 in execution, it's our worse discipline in decades

Yeah, not doing so good in the uneven bars.

It's strange when you think that the gimnastics here flourished because of her yet we suck really hard in uneven bars

Just shows she was one of the kind

Yes. While the Olympics are going on, I am American and Indian. While Abhinav is in contention, I am atheistic and Sikh.

*Googling uneven bars* Oh right, I like watching that

Here's a story about my nephews (who were supposed to compete again this weekend but couldn't because they were sick, they both had an asthma attack ). Anyway, I asked one of them on Saturday whether he had stayed up to watch the opening ceremony until the end and he said he hadn't. He also said the ceremony was still going on when he woke up so he caught the end of it. I tried to tell him it was just a repeat but he didn't believe me

Thank God it's over

we did qualify in the end for the programmed disciplined but we did it without glory and thank to the Olympic 2 per final ped country rule

In the finals it all starts from nil so i hope for a better day *prays*

Is there something like indoor field hockey? Cause I’m watching something played on blue carpet and the women have sticks in their hands.
