Metis, please don't become an annoying twat.
Turquoise and coral go together. The coral ring looks very traditional to me. In this area, and further south, there is a lot of coral and turquoise jewelry.
Iím fond of the green turquoise, but I donít find it very often. I donít have the right coloring for the blue turquoise. It looks so great on navajo skin.
I found this tibetan necklace and itís interesting how much it echoes the Navajo necklaces.
It certainly does look Navajo! Interesting.
And a few from the old thread:
Ludwig the baby elephant on his birthday:
Metis, I thought I had quoted the posts with the links to the massacres in Greece by the Nazis. I knew that they had occurred, of course, but I didn't remember the names of the places. How terrible that just a few decades later the people of those places would voluntarily elect people with similar outlooks.
New elections are coming up in Greece after the discussions on forming a new goverment became deadlocked.
i must admit metis has some problems with her hairstyle
The funny part was that I was accepting the € 12 penalty (I am too late with it, so I can't complain) but the man standing behind me was moaning about it in my place: "€12 for only a couple of days???? Is that really necessary?...."
...hard for me to believe after Scoobsy broke our hearts by leaving the thread, he returns because he loves us. But maybe his heart yearned.
This is JM in snow:
The penalty for not going to the car inspection in time was not a € fine but instead of having to go to the next car inspection in 2 years, I will also have to go next year.
I'm a knurft.
Well done, Hilde.
