wg, are you involved in choosing the new mods? If I'm honest I don't think I'd get much support from the admins/supermods/mods in my quest to join their ranks Maybe Peta.
yes if you define involved very very narrowly. peta has bid adieu to the heavenly realms of modhood

does hema strike you as someone who would part with some of her welfare check to donate to her alma mater or to further the cause of engineering research?

now that's the sort of question i would have asked if i were still miffed. but now i'm not. so i take back the question

Muzza holds for 1-1, commentary from (Brittish) Eurosport: That's an encouraging hold of serve for Murray - serving his way to a hold to 15 with minimal fuss

It's funny cos that's how bad it's got. He held three times in nine or ten attempts in his last match, on his best surface, and now he's on his worst

Seriously - Nico deep in a third set against Maximo Gonzalez on his best surface? What's that all about?

He broke both Young and Bogomolov in the second set

First set won after AO

The Almagro match is a total clownfest.

Both have had MPs ON SERVE in the final set tiebreak and blown it

I've been planning it for some time now. Vaguely for a while and actively for the last year.

Gonna report that every time I see it. Clay Death's name calling goes too far.
I'm totally biased against JM -- well, Clay Death too; it's hard for me to say which is lower in my opinion, but objectively, I don't see how there is any comparison between the offensiveness of the names. Cabbage is a name of endearment in French, no? It's cute and all it does is point to someone's age and inexperience, I think. The other name is meant to offend -- but it's so stupid that the only thing truly offensive about it is the constant repetition of something totally stupid.

I agree CD's name calling goes to far. It's too stupid to be endured.

I would feel the same way. Currently, I do feel the same way only it's about deer.

Exactly. Can't read his threads. And then too, you never know when you'll run into a good rollicking story about ****.

This too. Repulsive. Honestly, the mods should edit the thread titles. CD doesn't start threads; he hosts them. More stupid than his chat threads even tho that wouldn't seem possible.

Linda This is something I worry about with Mikey and JG. I don't want them permabanned just because they have compiled too many infractions.

Yes -- it is. yay. Nasty little car attackers.

I'm sure that's true -- well, what am I saying to the goddess of aphorisms?

Not a car person like you Melanie. For us, car is just a simple necessity. If we had to drive the same old car for 20 years we would happily do it
This makes the most economic sense. People complain about fixing an old car, but every fix is cheaper normally than 6 car payments.

Personally, I think it would be awesome.

Although, I'd probably be infracted.

Not actually craving it.

Yes -- You would probably instigate chaos amongst the posters.

i've watched 'i am number 4' and its horrible movie. from the trailers, it advertised as action movie instead of a pathetic love story where both main characters have no chemistry with cardboard cutout style of acting. the whole action sequence happen in the last 20 minutes and not that great either.

so save your money by watching something else.
Seriously, didn't the preview/trailer let you know it was a crap movie? I knew never to go near it as soon as I saw the stupid thing.
