Re: Rafa Chat Thread - Total And Utter Rafa Mania In Belgium - Vol. 69

Here the main providers do have too much power: telephone & internet companies, electricity companies,...

Their profit margins are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge and the prices go up far too high compared with our neighboring countries just because they can.
So, in the same month, you'll be reading about the sickening profit they made in the previous year, followed by an article why the prices of gas, electricity, internet,...will have to go up to survive.

Whenever the government tries to limit their power, their reaction is pretty much: tough shit. We dictate the prices, deal with it.

And what "technical stuff" and "strategy" is there to commentate when it comes to Rafito? we all know his only strategy has always been "try to give my best, no?"

Re: Rafa Chat Thread - Post Rafa Mania Hangover - Vol. 69

I don't expect you to understand it, JM.

Go back to resting far up Rogelia's arse. It's obviously cosy up there for you.

Anyway...trying to move on...

You just have to read that letter Evita posted in the Charlie Sheen thread in non-tennis. It's full of gems.
Example:
Quote:
Moreover, Mr. Sheen recently declared he had self-healed his
addictions by saying that he "blinked and cured [his] brain." Accordingly, it is not surprising that no professional apparently was willing to attest that Mr. Sheen had self-treated, self-healed and self-cured his brain of his addiction problems.

Be careful, I've been banned for saying the exact same to SdG (with Nadal instead of Fed obv.)...

It is indeed

I have to confess this is the first time I have ever heard the word "turpitude". It sounds so awesomely mean, I wonder why it isn't used more often

Re: Rafa Chat Thread - Post Rafa Mania Hangover - Vol. 69

It's weird to see stars like Charlie Sheen and George Michael going into self-destruct mode for everybody to see.

George Michael is not as far down the path but he's currently also in a "WTF, get a grip" mode.

And to think that I used to like George Michael's music, actually still do. Oh those were the days.
