If it's any consolation, even I didn't know until today. I was looking through some old DVDs this morning and I suddenly found these. So I got nostalgic particularly because I haven't seen my parents in 3 years and so I started watching
So the video is worth watching.
My god. 24 hours. A western traditional wedding must seem like a truncated, cold event to Indians. And colorless too.
I'm imagining safphire blues, deep reds with gold, emerald greens and all those rich colors.
I hope everyone had a great time.
Yup the whole wedding ceremony is like 3.5 GB of video
I attended a western wedding and I must admit I was a little taken aback by the time it took. The guests coming in took the most time and the ceremony was over in 20 minutes. Then it was lunch and then photographs.
You are imagining the colors right
. We spend inordinate amounts of money on weddings
. Great time or not I can't recollect. I just remember being tired a lot. We have a joke in India that our divorce rates are so low because we cannot imagine going through another wedding
Edit: It's a lot of fun for once though.
I have to go now
Be back later
