Re: Rafachat - For Those Who Want Rafa to Win and Those Who Don't, vol.28

Hi everyone! I haven’t been in here for a while. Thought I’d check out the rest of the forum and gain some perspective! But I think I’ve had enough perspective for now!

Is everyone excited for the final tonight? From a selfish point of view I’m really glad it was postponed as I’m actually able to watch it now, although I don’t think it’s the best thing for Rafa. Still, I have faith in him!

As Evita said I had a legitimate reason to wish for rain. Besides I specifically wished for a 4 hour delay. Clearly I am not the one responsible for the turn of events.

It contains a very small dosage of her father's ashes and - she says -it's giving her strength.

He's so BUTCH isn't he.
I doubt Federer ever watches matches of other players, matches that he believes he should have been a part of instead.

blood? that's even worse

You're not going to watch? I would be even more anxious, not knowing what was going on. I wouldn't be able to stop myself from taking a peek.

Sweetie we only *had* a 4 hour rain delay, but that was enough to make them cancel for the day because they wouldn't get the match televised after that since CBS wouldn't give up its evening schedule for tennis.

It's a shame people don't think about the consequences of their feckless actions

Indeed! Hi Eve! How are you doing?

Are we apportioning blame to people for wishing for rain if Rafa loses tonight? I guess I will have to take partial responsibility then. I am glad I won't miss the match though. How's the weather forecast in NY for today?

Re: Rafachat - For Those Who Want Rafa to Win and Those Who Don't, vol.28

Looking at GM, Novak is the potential saviour of tennis and Nadal is the grim reaper looking to give tennis the mercy shot.

Vamos, grim reaper!
Can't seem to bring it on youtube but I love that "Don't fear the reaper" song by Blue Oyster.

Funny to see all those tards jumping on the Novak bandwagon given how much hatred Novak received after winning the Australian Open.
