I know that being consistent when moderating this place is tough, moderators are volunteers...yadda yadda yadda...
However, an attempt at being consistent would already be appreciated. As it is right now, the moderating seems rather arbitrary.

I agree Hilde. Obviously threads started by members of this chat thread are immediately considered trolling attempts and locked/deleted, whereas the mega trolls of GM are allowed to do as they please and post similar theads.

will leave office in about 15 mintues, no eyes to see poor Andy got slaughtered , was waiting to get my red pocket money (our Chinese custom for those married or bosses to give out to those unmarried/lower ranked staff etc) from my boss, but she is so lazy to come back after Chinese New Year holiday
