You see, that was 15 years ago. I don't think there were any shops at all in gas stations at that time in Latvia. Not even a toilet. But perhaps it was not necessary because few people had cars anyway
Everything has been "westernized" since then, including also gas stations
. You'd be right at home there
I actually have a Statoil right across the street, and I go there for food once in a while. It's terribly expensive though.
