I mean, I'm sure the major roads are fine, NJ is not bad with snow removal like some places.. I mean, we get enough of it that they're usually okay. But my neighborhood is still awful.
I think ours is melted now.
So, this guy I know down south of us has a father in law who owns an electrician business. It's one of those metal buildings. It's got three bays and on to the back of the center bay they built a little office building. They cleared off the snow on the top of that, but didn't off the taller structure. The FiL's mother (about 80) works in the office
So the other day, she called her son, "Harv. You need to come down here. Some of the ceiling tiles are falling down." The guy arrives and sees that the BUILDING HAS COLLAPSED. He rushes back around to the office and says, Mom, are you all right???" She looks up and says "yes, but these ceiling tiles fell down."
She's so deaf she didn't even hear the place collapse!
