and Queima das fitas
Sounds really fun in your Uni, Raquel.
And food, never a fan of traditional English/British food. Not a fan of bread either. As Chinese, I love all kinds of "baos", or buns but they are quit different from bread. When I was a little girl, the usual family meal (in southern China) was extremely healthy. Stir fried green vegetables and steamed fish with rice almost everyday. Pork is the usual meat. Vegetables are very fresh as they were usually collected by farmers in early morning and arrived in the market before noon. Same for pork as the pigs were usually slaughtered in government run slaughter houses in the early morning too. Fishes would not sell if they were day old either.
But as life moves on, after not eating fish for a year in Canada, I finally adapted to eating those "fresh" fish (i.e. not frozen) and frozen fishes in North America
