Re: tips to improve two-hander BH?

Hi!

My tips for double-handed backhand:
1. stay much more sideways then for hitting your forehand
2. early preparation is vital, keep your racquet back with its tip facing back
3. if you are a right-handed player, your right shoulder should be very close to your chin and aim at the direction where you want to hit the ball
4. get your "body balance" and watch the ball properly
5. try to get fluent smooth swing first, not too much power

This should help.

Re: tips to improve two-hander BH?

Assuming ur right handed, use ur left hand more.

Get the feeling that ur hitting the racket through a tunnel FIRST the finish ur swing

Ur grip should look as follows. The top of ur right hand on ur racket should be almost flat anough to place can. Not very flat but it helps. I tried it at first. It was weird but now its my weapon

To control direction push ur upper body towards ur aim.

1. stay much more sideways then for hitting your forehand-Yes..realy helped
