Re: What Racket Company Do You Use?

I use the Yonex Ultimum RQ Ti 250 - it's supposed to be a "power" racquet It's OK, but the strings need to be loose (not too loose) otherwise it's hard to hit a good flat shot. If the strings are too tight, the hard pop you expect to hear isn't there, and if the strings are too loose, you hardly hear the pop and the error count is impossible to control.

I like the Dunlops - the one Maurasemo (sp?) uses looks like its got good control. I might get one, but I've used Dunlops before for so long I'm almost sick of the brand.

What Yonex racquets are good for control and a bit of power?

I play with Head Flexpoint rackets because they are light and you don`t loose the control easily...

Head Liquidmetal Universe

I think I should switch though, 'cause it's wayyyy too light for me now. I'm thinking Flexpoint is the way to go.

Re: What Racket Company Do You Use?

Wilson makes good rackets for not a bad price. The best racket I have ever played with is the nsix-one.

Re: What Racket Company Do You Use?

HEAD Titanium S200 or something like that(?) Gotta get sth new...

Some 5 years ago I had that beautiful red prestige (the model Safin won US open 2000 with) but after a year I just broke it on one very, very bad, windy, strange day
I regreat it so much even now...I dont brake racquets you know, but I just cracked frame - so you cant play normally with it...Would love to play with it again, but now I can only watch it
