Tennis in the US.

Hi all,

I'm new here, so in a first time, I'm going to introduce myself.
My name is Florent, and I'm a french tennis player (amateur level).
I'm ranked 4.5 (USA equivalent for french ranking).

I'm interested by tennis in the USA, I have some questions then. Can you help me to know a bit more answering my questions?

Thanks a lot

A last word about my english, I'll try to do my best !

1 / Do you know how many players are registered in a club in all the USA ?
2 / And, among these players, how many are ranked?
3 / How many tournaments by year do you practice? For example, for an average player in France, 10 or 12 tournaments are already good.
4 / What's the average rank? And from what ranking players play really well ?
5 / Where do you string your racquets? And what's the price ?

Thanks for answering,

Florent

Re: Tennis in the US.

What makes you think people on MTF are tennis professionals. As far as I gather, 90% have never picked up a tennis racquet.

And they call every player "mug", aside from their favourites.

Go to TennisWarehouse. There are much better tennis players.
