Re: What should I be doing for fitness in tennis?
I haven't found a strict regime yet . I do some running ' Medicine ball' for stretching . Weights ' quite a bit of work getting my back strong . This has improved my kick serve tremendously and I can get so much more variety due to having a more flexible back ! I am still learning thought what works . I have not really had a tired playing arm for quite some time although switching permanently to a two handed backhand has been the main reason . Just that I use two hands for groundies !
