Inner elbow pain

Anyone experience the golfers elbow which is the pain on the inside of one's elbow, the side the touches your hip? I am cured with the regular outside tennis elbow called lateral epicondilitis but am puzeled by this other pain I am experiencing.

Re: Inner elbow pain

Sorry mate I've never really experienced continued elbow pain so rest and ice are the only things I could suggest.

As for why it's happened, how's your forehand technique/grip etc?

Re: Inner elbow pain

I had a really bad elbow a few years back. It was right in the middle of the crease of my elbow. I think I had damaged the tendon right here:-

It was partly caused by the strings which were ultra durable, but really jarred my arm. Also I would miss hit all the time which also creates a lot of nasty vibration.

I would recommend hitting dead centre. Do you mis hit much?
