College Ball

Ok so I played 2nd singles on my tennis team, and I finished with a terrible record of 3-14. I lost every tie breaker that I played and lost every match that went to 3 sets. I would consider myself a decent player, but because nobody joined the team my freshmen year my friend and I were forced to play the number 1 + 2 spots this year. (I probably would have gone 9-8 or better if I played 3 singles)

I recently got accepted to Sacred Heart University, and I want to join their team, but since I have never seen college tennis I do not know the talent I will be up against. They have a pretty solid team they recruited a freshman last year from Turkey that went 24-6 all conference, and 3 players graduated.

So I am asking for any advice on how college tennis is different from highschool strategy etc. And anything I should do to improve my game, especially in tiebreakers.

Oh yeah, btw sorry for the really long post
