Indian Wells

Salut! I just dropped off the film and am home from the geriatric capital of California, Indian Wells. Aside from the lack of late night entertainment, I managed to have a lot of fun and actually got to meet Seb in the elevator...we talked about Boca and Naples. I wished him luck and asked how he was feeling. He is so wonderfully soft spoken and nice.

I'll post the pics here from his practices, as I watched him with Moya one evening and another with Nono. Very entertaining!

Have pics of Nono shirtless, also :-) He was in pretty good spirits, but I didn't see his match, I was on a plane home Saw him around the hotel, watched him golf (he is a pretty awful golfer, sad to say.)

Better run and pick up the film, will have pics posted here later on

Bises a tout l'forum...you're all such sweet girls and it is much appreciated.

Oooh! Michelle!!! That must have been so terrifying! Standing in the same elevator as Him. How could you have spoken to him? I would have been shaking something shocking! I would've had to hide my hands. And there's no way I would have been able to speak. My face would've been red as. My tongue all thick and stupid. I woulda looked like an absolute idiot!

And staying on the same floor as He! *sighs*

geriatric capital of California? lol, not the best tourists drawing description. Happily, the young are on the tennis courts these days... Thanks for the anecdotes, Michelle!

Already drooling over your photos

In case anyone wanted to know why I actually saw Nono golfing...(I was NOT stalking him!)

My room had a balcony overlooking the 18th fairway of the golf course at the Esmeralda. I just happened to walk out with a glass of wine and to have a smoke when I noticed them there....I was very very quiet until I watched him shank the ball. I made sure I laughed quietly, but it was pretty hard because the wine came out my nose. I'm relieved it was five stories up or I would have been found out for sure

And the old guy that they had him paired up with on the course was sooooooo old and could barely even swing. Aiiiiiieee how funny it was.

But he did look very cute

Re: Indian Wells

are there more stories to come, michelle?... love to hear more about arnaud. why didn't you stalk him? lol...

arnaud isn't that naturally talented with any type of ball games, i'm afraid.... but he'll be very determined to do better !!!

i think i could confidently talk to seb too, as long as he's willing to speak english. but i don't live in florida so there's less 'common ground' (speaking of the ground to stand on, lol)

Re: Indian Wells

see, marine, i just said 'french twins' and michelle already knew who. i am right.........

they will be up against damm/suk next, one of the many doubles specialists en route to ..... the title. it doesn't look easy but i hope for them. arnaud wants so much a doubles title with seb, and a masters one too....... hmmm
