Em, pretty sure its the ankle....

Bad karma always comes back to kick you in the backside (or ankle as it would seem.)

Re: Julien Benneteau

silver, i left too early to catch his match today, but caught his previous match. he's striking the ball well and serving great....

fyi i lifted the bad karma hex off him, as he was being too much of a good sport at his practices.....

Re: Julien Benneteau

I only got coverage of the fifth set. He played good attacking tennis despite his cramps. Attacked short balls and came to the net often.

Julien

Martin will be tough. Hopefully, the crowd will be behind Julien and lift him to a victory.

It is absolutely not a good result for him !!!
He had even defeated bigger players like Rafael NADAL at Lyon and Andy Roddick three months ago !
What he is doing is just normal for him, because he is a very good player !

lol

of course he's a good player...but i wouldn't say it's not a good result just because it is "normal" for him.

there are other good players too who should have done much better than what they did at this tournament.

radek was a finalist in hamburg a few weeks ago so is an in-form player...and for julien to make the 4th round at his home slam, which is often harder with all the pressure, i think it's a great result and i think he has chances to go further too.

Re: Julien Benneteau

Martin retired at 5/1...poor guy, he wasn't able to move on the court..

Now, quarter against Ljubicic or Ramirez Hidalgo... he can do it !
