Poor Bennet !
But it happens to many players actually.

Re: Julien Benneteau

Julien didn't take the court, I was looking for his match and then I saw Simon Greul in his place playing Monaco now. And then I found this on L'equipe.

Hope he gets better soon.

Hurting yourself with bread. Well, I hurt myself with paper once, and everyone laughed at me. I did not need surgery, though.

Re: Julien Benneteau

If there's a cut, infection is always a possibility, doesn't matter how you cut yourself. But that's tremendous bad luck for him though, cos getting a cut on your fingers happens all the time, not many ppl get an infection out of it. Is it a Frenchie thing? cos they don't only have injury, they have injury and then they recovered to play a few tournaments only to end up with another injury... Simon and Jo last year and now Benny. for him. Hopefully he can resume quick.

Re: Julien Benneteau

Hey guys,
While looking up Davis cup stuff somehow I stumbled upon these shirtless pictures of Benneteau from a few years back. The first one is particulary interesting. Sorry if it's a re-post

Re: Julien Benneteau

Julien playing against Volandri in 1st Round of Casablanca, if he gets past the italian he would meet Montañes, 1st seed. NeXT seed in QF would be Fognini. Not bad draw at all considering Volandri may be tired after his CH final this week in Barranquilla, and Monty retires against Flo Mayer in Miami

Re: Julien Benneteau

Qualified in MC main draw and leading Jarkko 64/32. With the clay he should find his form and a better ranking. Last week-end with the first title of Sweeting and andujar his name came to mind. Do you think he can ended his carreer without winning a single title ? That's really incedible for a player like him.

Re: Julien Benneteau

I am confident he will win a title eventually provided that he stays healthy. With a good draw and a bit of luck it will happen. Hopefully this year.:fingerscrossed:
