Just read that in L'Equipe, it has to be the most embarrassing statements of the fortnight.
I was actually having the opposite impression, they got a good exposure for doubles first round matches, France 3 showed their match over Melzer-Gabashvili yesterday!
They say in L'Equipe they will play together at the Queen's, in Eastbourne and in Wimbledon.
Benny saves 2 (or was it three) match points to beat Viliegen 7-5 in the 5th. I just saw the last set and he was down 1-4 and 2-5 but still fighting and not looking down and it payed off, Vlieigen couldn't stand the pressure and lost four games in a row.
Ahah, I've just looked through every single page of this thread for photos, and I get to the last page and that's my friend Rachael's photos from this year's Queens!
She also has loads from the previous two years, as do I over here:
he's in third round and apparently it was again epic
Great opportunity for him then he plays Fognini saturday and could meet Jo in second week.
First time the second week of Wimbledon as he beats the italian in fouth sets. He should play Jo next. I watch their draw in doubles and next they play the british WC who beat Zimonjic/Nestor today. Good opportunities there.
Thanks for your pics. Today he lost to Jo but good run for him he takes advantage of his seeds spot even if it had been tough with five sets.
With Mika they are in quarter and they have again a very winnable match against Chela/Schwank for the semi-final. Their draw has been absolutly lovely since the beginning and they have real chances to reach the final.
