mika llodra can't do anything wrong lately. even picking up some cup at his las vegas holiday. of course i've heard that he has benneteau to thank for the victory.

btw lol at the 'fast' group. french coaching is really something else

There is another article about him and his preparation again in l'Equipe today, always the same stuff about his condition training being the priority at the moment. He tanked in Las Vegas, but definitely not in IW because he's in a different state of mind this year and clearly told his coaches he wants to give his best.
But the "abrasive" surface suits him less than in Auckland, he can't move so well and his serve is less effective (many players have mentioned that).
So he just played poorly, apparently, his legs felt a bit heavy, maybe the consequence of all the work they're doing atm, but he knows it will pay off.
