With Julien out, the doubles really gets a problem. I read on WLT that Forget is going to delay the announcement, that is an indication to me that he is considering Clément who by the way played very well against Fish. And he seems fit, he did not fade in that fifth set.
But in my view the French should not put their only hope on the doubles and think that Nalbandian is invincible. Nobody is, though he obviuosly is a special DC animal. And giving up those matches right from the beginning seems wrong to me.
Richard will definitely be called. Who else for the singles? Simon? I like Gilles, but I am not convinced about his form, Chardy - much too streaky and you can't give him so much responsibility in a DC debut.
There is also the question about Llodra's condition. His retirement with feeling dizzy because of too many anti-inflammatories is rather worrying.
