Why he got the first name Gianni : because his father was a big fan of Gianni Riveira, football player. He began practicing judo, swimming and then tennis in Guadeloupe. His idol is Guga. His fav player today is Rafa. Both good choices
He does say he'll play the Aussie Open
and that he'll pass the bac ES at the end of the year, which is end of highschool exam, and the one he takes is about economics and social. (courageux !)
On the vid we see him around 2:45 with the kids from Mouratoglou Academy (Renzo Olivo and Sebastian Lavie, who I try to follow), does that mean he has any link with Mouratoglou ?
He even has some of Gael's expressions... even if he sounds to me a bit more like Ouanna in his slow, calm way of talking. I'd really like to see him play to see if the mimetism goes that far.
