Question Julien Jeanpierre..?

so what happened to this guy..? He was one of the best juniors in the world, he beat federer, nalbandian, gonzalez, massu, was suppposed to be the next best thing and... what happened? He had a lot of injuries or what..? Just couldn't transfer to the ATP Tour? I mean it's weird that he didn't even make it to the top 100, right..?

He's playing a Futures event this week
Been struggling in Challenger so far this year Last year in November, he beat Gilles Muller, Alex Bogomolov Jr. and Hyung-Taik Lee before losing to Udomchoke in Busan Challenger. This year has been a real slum
