Re: Michael Russell

Merci Truc for that.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Michael Russell

Thanks very much! So can I assume MR is heading off to challenger land. I assume here in the states?

Re: Michael Russell

Russ will be staying in the US playing Challengers and he is the #3 seed in the New Orleans event.

He plays Cecil Mamit in the 1st round.

Thanks GW. I appreciate the news as I have limited time to go looking myself. Good luck to MR in the first round.

Re: Michael Russell

After a loss to Mamit in 1st round. He is playing in Luddock and his opponent in Mankad the Indian and he leads 6-3 4-1 at the moment.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Russ won in straight sets and will now play Sam Warburg in the next round.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Michael Russell

Russ won his 1st rounder against Brendan Evans 6-4 6-4 in the Tulsa challenger and now plays Wes Whitehouse in the 2nd round.

Another straight sets win for Mike over Whitehouse 6-4 6-3 and now plays Lipsky in the QFs and would play the winner of big Cecil Mamit or Fleishman.

He has a good chance of winning this event, but lets see what happens.

Russ plays Bobby Reynolds in the final here and I think he can defeat him and win another Challenger event.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
