Re: Ryan Sweeting

I won't see him again I only know what I witnessed in Washington.

I agree with you, he could definitely be a top 100 player... maybe more.

I'm actually hoping (and think he deserves) a MD WC.

Re: Ryan Sweeting

Ryan just beat Vinnay 6-4 6-2 to qualify for New Haven!

He is really showing where he deserves to be.

Andreev - Cilic - Dolgopolov - De Bakker - Djokovic - Gulbis - Haase - Hrbaty - J Johansson - Kucera - Kuznetsov - Russell - Simon - Sweeting - Thron

Dominika Cibulková

Re: Ryan Sweeting

He also beat Simmonds and Garcia-Lopez. He's pretty good.

He needs to turn pro and forget about school for now.

Re: Ryan Sweeting

He's playing Michael Berrer, who beat him in the first round of the Bronx Challenger last week.

Re: Ryan Sweeting

He should have won that match, so a good chance for vindication.

Re: Ryan Sweeting

Hey, maybe we'll get a Sweeting-Querrey match in the 3rd round. Wouldn't that be sweet? All Sweeting has to do is beat Berrer and some guy named Baghdatis.

I feel it's more likely Ryan will get there than Sam

Re: Ryan Sweeting

Really? You think that Martin and Soderling is a tougher draw than one that includes Baghdatis? Or do you think that Sweeting is just that much better than Querrey?
