Re: Mackenzie McDonald

Is he just starting his first year in college, or has he already played in college for a year?

Americans, Canadians, Brits, Del Potro, Nishikori, Tsonga, Monfils, Karlovic, journeymen, underdogs, mugs, pushers, servebots, forehandbots, and whomever else I feel like rooting for (on any given day it might be Federer, Nadal or Djokovic since they are all awesome)

He's about to start his first year of college tennis. His UCLA team should be pre-season favorites to win NCAAs alongside (or maybe just ahead of) Virginia.

I went to UCLA. I'll have to root for him then.

Oh, of course! UVa.'s a great school. Glad you're not an SC fan.

Re: Mackenzie McDonald

Is at his highest ranking ever of 217, but still struggling, retired in R1 of Gatineau CH with food poisoning in a match he probably would have won if he was not sick. Hopefully he feels better this week vs. Jung in R1 of Binghamton.

Re: Mackenzie McDonald

Bad luck for him to get food poisoning before a match.

Re: Mackenzie McDonald

Next he has to play Denis Shapovalov. And the way Denis has been playing lately I don't think McDonald has much of a chance here.
