Hopefully Stefan has a bit more luck with his draw at Wimbledon

I bet "a little more luck" means he draws Quinzi or Zverev lol

Stefan plays WC Joshua Sapwell in the first round. That's a bit nicer of a draw
Good luck!

yeah, it is a much better draw

Guillermo NUNEZ (CHI) [14] vs Lucas GOMEZ (MEX)
Stefan KOZLOV (USA) vs Joshua SAPWELL (GBR) (WC)
Harry BOURCHIER (AUS) vs Qualifier/LL
Elias YMER (SWE) vs Alexander ZVEREV (GER) [3]

Solid win. Yeah, Gomez played very well to win Halle. Think it will be a very tough match. Good luck Stefan.

Winnable but also very loseable. I really really hope he can win it and take on Zverev in the next round. I've been itching to see how much of a gap Zverev has made between them since Kozlov last beat him about a year and a half ago at the Jr. Orange Bowl.

Yep me too. Think it depends on the surface though to be fair. Zverev hasn't done well on hard and I think even now Stefan would beat him there.

Well, that was easier than I thought it would be. Won 6-2 6-3, great job. Now it becomes very interesting and really difficult, Sasha Zverev next. GL Stefan.

It is nice that they have stats for junior matches. Good luck against Sasha.

Michael plays his first match tomorrow against Zvonimir Babic. Not expecting too much in his first match coming back from injury. Good luck

Re: 1997-1998 Juniors: Wiersholm, Nava, Kozlov, Tiafoe, Mmoh, Blumberg, Ponwith, etc.

Zverev serving at 91% through the first 5 games..........
Edit: And Kozlov only under 50% after the first set. I imagine he's just getting overpowered right now because his unforced errors are much higher than his probable norm and his winners low.

After 4-1 in the first set all of Zverev's match stats plummeted and seemed to get worse and worse until he retired down 4-0 in the third. It's a shame but at least it's Koz that gets to advance. Mighty impressive for him to make the quarterfinals. *sarcasm on* And as his reward....KYLE EDMUND! so fun!

I wonder what happened. Either way, good for Stefan to stick with it after the first set.
Edmund next, doubt Stefan can take this one, but certainly no pressure. Good luck
