Rhyne has a fun and sociable personality so it is not surprising to see them take a liking to him. He is not a bad person by any means (I think he is very sweet and down to earth), but he carries some unhealthy habits from his college days such as drinking, partying, junk food, video gaming etc. and has no problems expressing his likes/dislikes (sometimes I think he is too honest for his own good). The juniors liked to favorite his tweets, especially Thai, and have picked up some of his slang. For all the bad stuff, he does have a good side to him. I liked that he took them fishing and occasionally gave them good advice such as "it is okay to go to college".

Luca is closer to Kudla than Williams though (grew up in the same academy, JTCC) and hopefully, Denis' influence will offset some of Rhyne's not so good influence
Ok. I see. I did not all that. I guess you have a pulse on all the going ons there. Thanks for the info.

Brymer is a good baseliner. Has solid backhand and good forehand, but the serve is a tad weak. Hopefully, he can add some variety to his game in the future. I think the college indoor season will be good for his development.

A pretty weak field in the qualies of Vero Beach. Spencer should have qualified, I thought. Lost a close one. I think Schaefer is going to UNC?

Mackenzie McDonald had his best tournament in a very long time, winning the Ojai Open. Beat Lester Cook in the final. Too bad he can't accept the $5000 winner's check

Perfect chance for some kids to pick up some easy points. Beltrame vs Issa, one of them is getting an ATP point and these two struggle to win matches in ITF s and USTA tournaments. Thai is getting his point , for sure. Rubin took Mitch last time they played in KZoo.

Overall, it was a pretty weak qualifying. Papa should have qualified easily.
