Not taking anything away from Christian. He is very talented and played well today, but anybody with a good serve and backhand can push John to the limit these days.

I think Christian is capable of beating Kuznetsov, but Smyczek is a tough match up b/c he is naturally more aggressive and takes the ball early (kinda similar to Kudla).

And in the match against Kuznetsov, Christian served like 10 or something DFs in that 3rd set alone. 3 or 4 in that one game which was broken.

Re: Christian Harrison

I was hoping he choose Vancouver, the field is pretty weak for a 100k (better chance of getting points there).

Re: Christian Harrison

6-3 3-6 7-6(7), broken when serving for the match at 5-4, saved a match point in the TB (5-6*)

Marchenko is ranked 150, just barely "Top 150."

Re: Christian Harrison

I consider this a quality win. FQR against Devvarman, could be a very long match
