Re: Entry List

I almost fainted yesterday when I got the list It's simply amazing! Although I wonder why Chucho isn't coming and he's not subscribed to any other tournament... does anyone know something about that?
I'm also happy Chela and Calleri are coming, I couldn't go to Szczecin last year because I had work and now it's gonna make it up to me
I knew about Ferrero's coming earlier so that didn't surprise me but when I first learnt about it I couldn't sleep half of the night
The sad thing is that I will not know whom to support... I like almost the whole list. Dlouhy might not come, as well as Mayer and Starace... Garcia Lopze is no 2 on alt list and P. Kohlschreiber is no 6...
I can't wait Plus a week earlier I'm going to Davis Cup to Gdynia against Georgia, I hope I won't get shot by Labadze

Re: Entry List

Gaudio will probably only play if he plays shit and loses early in Kitz.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Hmm, you really think so? He promised last year to come, besides, his team confirmed that during RGarros...(although everything's possible...) still, no offence, but hope this time you're wrong

I wondered about Chucho too - and I don't know the reason why He isn't playing the week before either, so perhaps he has some family reasons for not being in Europe for those two weeks If I find anything out I'll let you know.

There is no injury as he is playing in Bastad and Stuttgart at the beginnng of July. It may just be that he wants to go to the States early to prepare for the US hardcourt tournaments and the US Open Or, as I said before, -it might be some important family occasion (a wedding or some other important celebration) that has been planned a long time in advance and he can't get out of!! I don't know for sure.

There is no qualifying list yet, there's just alternates list, which means that if somebody withdraws from the main list, the ppl from alt list get in... but it's not the same as qualifying list.
Qualifying deadline is on Friday before the tournament, so any player can sign in... BUT 2 years ago many players from alt list played qualies, and as you probably know last year there were only 3 or 5 if you count the Poles (or something like that).

Rosie, that would be most probable, indeed...

Re: Entry List

Hi, the entry list is quite okay, despite I was expecting different names on it. Djokovic likely to win his first title, if Korolev and JMDP don't show up in quallies.

Well there are some players who are more reliable than others, but don't be surprised if he doesn't play.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
