while you sometimes sent songs that were likely to score well (f.i. CherryBlossomGirl or Hunter/Portishead) and often made ambitious submissions with relatively obvious potential to score well (f.i. Ribeiro or KononoN°1 or Madvillain) you also regularly sent music that was just unlikely to make the top5/top10 anyway as it contradicted the overall MTF taste.
so results were not that important to you.
that's why i thought you could (simply) continue playing BSG, but just not vote (and take the -12 instead) (...as listening to the playlist takes time/leisure).
i mean, you almost always made interesting submissions (and i count pretty much all your Electro submissions there and imo even your "unspecial" folk etc submissions (such as Polnareff or Mitchell) i usually enjoyed for things like voices or the melancholic vibes or other subtleties)
your semi-participation would improve the BSG. the voting part is much less relevant. i discussed it only in the context of rankings. but rankings itself (and all that completeness or correctness stuff) have a much lower priority than the quality of the playlist.
[one could maybe complain now that by my ethics everyone could come and spam the BSG playlist. but good players (who's submissions usually finish mid-table or higher (which means that people enjoy them)) are no spammers, but imo useful for the BSG, even if they don't vote. so i'm not trying to open a backdoor for AcePounder here.]
