Also, Bjorkman/Mirnyi lost, so if the guys can keep going, they will be ahead in the big race for year-end #1

I think this is their first indoor Masters title, yea? What a great year for the guys! 5 titles including a slam and a Masters Shield. And they're looking real good to end the year #1 Now go off to Shanghai boys and go for the 3-peat!

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Re: Bryan Twins

from the tourney site
-------------------------
06/11 - 20h41
The Bryan twins finish on top

Bob and Mike Bryan have won the doubles final beating Mark Knowles of the Bahamas and Daniel Nestor of Canada in a three set battle with a final score of 6/4 6/7(3) 6/4 in 1h49.

134 titles on court

With this title, Bob and Mike Bryan of the United States have won their 5th title for the fourth consecutive year. They have also won their 26th title together. It should be noted that if you add the total of titles of all four players you reach the incredible amount of 134 titles in doubles.

A perfect week

This title allows the Bryan brothers to put a serious gap between them and the Mirnyi-Bjorkman team for the number one position in the 2005 doubles race.

After a perfect week in Paris the twins only lost one set, in the finals. The two will be able to fly to Shanghai with a free spirit, and with a lot of confidence to end the year as number 1.
