Re: AFL Round 4

sorry for posting this so early .. but i would like to see the line movements during the week

Bet1 for this week (locked in) 5 units on Pies against Power @ 1.9 .. watch this line drops as fast as.
Power will be without ruckman Dean Brogan and may be missing Danyle Pearce (hamstring) depending a fitness test during the week

Bet 2 will be Carlton + the points ..i expect something around 40 points .. As BG mentioned WCE are bad ATS team just because the bookies inflate their margins they went 9-13 ATS last year..
Add to that Carlton last meeting with WCE in Perth cartlon lead until mid last Q to lose at the end 111-101 .. only worry is the previous 3 visits were blow outs by avaerage of 80 points

Re: AFL Round 4

Lions will destroy that Kangaroos mob. We'll be too fast for them. Depending what the line is, that's a lock for me.

I won't touch Carlton V West Coast.

I will, however, touch Sydney over Adelaide depending on Rutton's fitness. If Rutton misses, Hall will have a field day. But if Rutton plays, then I question if he'll be alright to handle hall. I'm keeping a close eye on that one during the week.

Bulldogs and Richmond are as bad as each other. Richmond with the points may be a bet.

Essendon with the points over St.Kilda may be a goer to. But it's hard to tell. This week looks tough.

Re: AFL Round 4

Melbourne v Fremantle - this will be one hell of a shitfest.

Dees are good value to take this one, Freo is a club that has a losing mentality in general, and with several of their key players in trouble with the tribunal, they may well struggle to find their feet for a few weeks yet.

First time I'm backing the Swans this season. They are starting to find their feet, apart from the Eagles they far superior than any other team in the comp. Time to start backing them as $2+ dogs

Swans to beat Crows - $2.11

good luck

That and the Brisbane match are the ones I really like this week.

There could be a lot of shithouse games to watch this week.

Disagree here Jim,Dees are shithouse atm terefor Freo will be too strong!!See Freo around 30-40+ pts win imho!!Dees wont make the 8 but Freo can still get Top 4,too much on the line!!

Re: AFL Round 4

Nick stevens is out of carlton game and the line is only +29.5 ... so not playing either side.. only bet so far is the Pies ML

Geelong X Hawks game is very unpredictable .. especially in Tassie
last year they met early in the season cats were 44 point favorite in Geelong and lost the game. odds on Hawks were around $8

Re: AFL Round 4

Saints -6.5 looks good, if they win which they should, then they should cover that quite easily.

Hawks +10.5, in Tassie so a slight advantage to the Hawks and Geelongs coach has said during the week that they'll play scrappy football to keep it close so Hawks cant run and doesnt want many goals scored.

Its a shame Stevens is out for the season, having one of his best starts and shit hits the roof, cant believe that line this should be a blowout but you dont know if the Weagles are gonna come out and play in the 1st quarter or the 4th quarter when their just a couple of goals behind UI remeber that game exactly mate, the Cats were going in different direction while the Hawks were just steady at that time,it was abit of a suprise by the score no doubt!!
