Re: ~Clay Court Season: Marcos in Monte Carlo, Rome, Munich, Madrid, Nice, and Paris~

He got very close to the win, and I think he should be proud of his Munich achievements. Reaching a semi-final and losing to a player like Cilic is nothing to be ashamed of. He put up a fight and never gave up, and had points to break back when Cilic was serving for the match. I hope he can take this form into Madrid where good points are on offer, - also hope he gets there safely as the volcanic ash cloud has currently closed all Spanish airports.

Another match that was lost due to lost BPs and bad 1st serve percentage.

Well hopefully he can get there soon and relax/train before the match. If he wins he plays against Ferrer so it'll be over sooner or later

Re: ~Clay Court Season: Marcos in Monte Carlo, Rome, Munich, Madrid, Nice, and Paris~

He won In the end it was shown on our TV, but sadly I was at work so only got home in time to see the last two games.

As you say, Ferrer at home on clay will be a very, very difficult hurdle, but at least it was a win today, so congrats Marcos

Marcos
I was at school but TTC always replays the days matches and I was watching about an hour ago and they showed the last three games of Marcos' match
Tomorrow I should get to see it as I get out of school early and they play late
