Marcos in the region of weisswurst, weisenbier, BMW and 1860 the real Munich team

Congrats to Marcos for finally winning a clay match on tour against Hartfield 7-6 6-3 and small steps here for Yiannis and Marcos, just hope he can get him enjoying tennis again.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Hi George, you like Marcos too?
I should make a note.
Ditto about him enjoying tennis again.

He came close to blowing the first set. He wasted 3 set points against serve at 6-5 and then he was 5-3 down in the t-b...Well done for keeping his cool and going up one gear...

W and L are the only stats that count. Don't get extra points for winning nicely.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Yiannos sounded very optimistic on TV tonight!
Let's hope they are on to something!
I have to admit i liked Gillaume Peyre, but thought he was too nice to Marcos

Thanks George for starting the thread! My thread titles are always the same boring stuff!

Yiannos rules and that's great to hear kindablue.

I should have known where that thread title was coming from.......

Well, Marcos is back to his roots, with Yiannis. That is, where he learned to play tennis and have fun with it. Let's hope they can make it big!!

Best of LUCK to ALL my Faves in 2015

Re: Marcos in the region of weisswurst, weisenbier, BMW and 1860 the real Munich team

Baghdatinho wins 6-7 6-2 6-4, not a great score, but he got the W and that's what counts the most at the moment.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Marcos plays Kohlschreiber today, at 1PM, on Center Court.

Pb: his left ankle is sore. http://www.atptennis.com/1/en/news/news5.asp
