Clearly, you're not getting personal at all , cos calling someone a retard is anything but personal.

I understand what you are saying and I too would like to get away from PTS in TT. I would rather replace PTS with Set ratio as alot less luck is involved and tipping skill is rewarded more.

Re: Tennis Tipping Rules and Changes Thread

small points here

-- set ratio sounds nice... why not give it a try at some tournaments since it isnt more unfair than PTS 5 matches for PTS is really huge for jobs (of course it is more difficult to make them right all the way when calculating) i would like to take part in some tournament which counts depending on set ratio as a tester

-- sorry if below a bit off topic... managers had better not play "their own tournaments"... if there is another tournament for them to take part in or choose to run for the week, it is so easy to do... why not?
( here there is nothing to do with mangers' credit, i respect almost all of them in the past months )

-- dont do regular doubles teams pls... it will lose much fun !! to make TT interesting when rules are ok

Re: Tennis Tipping Rules and Changes Thread

It's absolutely ridiculous if, for instance, I make the TMC in doubles and my partner doesn't. I'd be obliged to what? Play with someone that may happen to not even like me at all?
