Re: Tennis Players' Forum

Yeah, now that I've actually crossed the line from fan to starting to learn to play, I really wish there was a place to go here for that. Also, new posters seem to see a need for it too... recently there was a brandnew poster who quickly started 3 threads in GM about strings, racquets and joining the USTA... took up room in GM but would have been perfectly suited for a players section.

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

Re: Tennis Players' Forum

Definitely, there's enough requests for help as it is. Besides, it can give a lot of us more room to talk the dirty aspects of playing the game.

Re: Tennis Players' Forum

Too bad we can't have the Dubya Florida voting system I support the idea.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Tennis Players' Forum

So, what ever happened to this request?

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Guys, I like the idea and supported it myself in the history of this thread, but Jazz or me can't give you a forum. This needs more than super moderators and it can only be decided and installed by the higher instances

In German language there is a saying that probably translates best into "The mills of justice grind slowly". And this applies to the mills of MTF, especially regarding forum requests, sometimes too

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy
