Re: Ask MTF Mods

I asked this a while back, and snowwy said he'd look into it, but I heard nothing for the last months.

Is there plans to implement a vShop where we can spend our vCredits?

Basically we can use vcredits to buy stuff like a coloured username, or coloured user title, or a bold user title stuff like that. I just think something like this would be great as currently we have no way to spend our vcredits, and all we can do with them is bet them again, or give them to other users. Which is cool, but actually being able to use them for something, would be a great incentive to bet etc etc.

Re: Ask MTF Mods

Also, there is a new email address for the appeal moderator as per recent posts state.

However if as a member I want to discuss something regarding what is happening on MTF, but I am not comfortable doing it here, or via PM, is askmtfmods@gmail.com still in use, for general discussion with the head admin of the site?

Who do I contact regarding a post being deleted, which I don't agree on being deleted? I don't want to make any details public.

I guess any mod/admin of the forum where the post was deleted

Joe what a great idea! As a vBookie who posts betting threads I would like to see a lot more posters betting on the Matches. And I think you are right that if more can be done with the credits than just bet people would be more interesting in betting. However, that being said we have a ton of people that never do anything with vCredits so they could probably wipe out a vShop in no time at all without doing any betting at all! So I think if something like this were done it should be for people that are taking part in vBetting.

I definitely like Joes idea but I don't think it would be practical to separate between active betters and others. The good thing about Joe's proposed "merchandise" is that noone can "empty the shop" for them.

I have no idea what would be required technically, though, it might be difficult to implement.

I think it probably would be difficult to implement because first off the idea would have to be approved by the company that owns this Forum plus they would have to set up the store. And I don't think they would be all that interested in setting it up

I didn't mean that the posters would have to be betting all the time it just would be nice if they would do some betting instead of only buying at the store. But that would be yet something else that would have to be "set up" also. So I just don't see any of it happening at all!

Great idea anyway Joe

Re: Ask MTF Mods

I would like these threads closed (not deleted), because the stickied one in GM already serves their function and keeping them open creates confusion:

Unofficial Live ATP Rankings [in Post #1]
Unofficial Live ATP Race Rankings [in post #1]
Unofficial Age Group Live ATP Rankings [in Post #1]
Unofficial Age Group Live ATP Race Rankings [in Post #1]

Can this be done, or is it not a valid reason?
