I knew it was a matter of time, but this is what I am constantly saying. He shouldn't have been infracted for the last two posts he was infracted for. This is the injustice of the mods.

Re: Ask MTF Mods

Why was Alex999's troll thread deleted? I think a thread like that should be allowed just for a bit of fun, I don't see the harm in it.

Mark Lenders banged your girlfriend, I'm sorry to tell you that mate.

I see that it is currently in Off-Topic in General Messages, or are you talking about something else?

Why was it even moved there? I don't even see the point in that section, it's dead.

There is a point when writing about 'federina' over and over in threads about Dimitrov and Djokovic is just too much.

I would understand in other circumstances, but surely you know that those posts are just the way heya is, and she isn't going to change? No one really cares about her posts, she's not harming any one, and entertains most people on the site. There's a lot worse rule breaking going on by certain posters, which goes unpunished.

Since when is this an excuse to break the rules?

She annoys me a lot . I have her on ignore and cringe whenever someone quotes her post to just add a laughing smiley

Re: Ask MTF Mods

Is there a new rule in MTF that posters are not aware of?

Personally, I don't like disrespectful nickname for players. But if there is a rule like this, I don't see the rule is applied to all players in this forum, so far.

We do agree that this can be a problem, but until there are examples brought forward, there will not be much change.

One change we will be making is users will be warned or infracted (forum disruptions) for the use of improper names in the title. By not putting the proper names, it is difficult to find the correct match thread and impossible to search for a thread after the match has finished.

A second change that will be made is nicknames for players that involve 'fixing' or 'doping' allegations will now be infractions. (ie Fixeravic)
But I agree that some users still use those disrespectful nicknames like "Fakervic" or "Fiasco". I think there only consequent reporting helps.

There was a bit of confusion and its being straightened out. I think as we are still in a time of transition, there will be some confusion for the next couple of weeks until everything has settled.

We are trying to have announcements to let everyone know of the changes that have happened and keep in mind that moderators are still discussing changes that are coming from the suggestions that may still be implemented.

I know of this one but Mugurer or Fiasco does not imply fixing or doping.
