Re: Posts and Signatures Reverting Back to Older Forms

My old sig has caught back up with me again also It is interesting how on mine at least it is the old writing that comes back, but the picture is the current correct one I went in my User CP and my sig was right in there so I hit to save it and now my current sig is back!

This issue still remains. I have to re-save my signature each week about 2 to 3 times to keep it "hot".

I have never heard of anyone else who had that big of a problem! I really don't understand why the company can't fix this problem?

Could it be posts with smileys in them are the ones having issues?

It's the one that was Sorry for that stupid thread...
Even when I change my signature, it reverts back to that no matter what. Not the one I previously had, but that one.

Re: Posts and Signatures Reverting Back to Older Forms

This keeps happening. All the overview threads revert to the old form once I update every week. That's more than 45 posts I have to keep updating several times per week.

Re: Posts and Signatures Reverting Back to Older Forms

I have noticed this problem of edits not holding is occurring again at least with me. So I thought I would report it again.

I haven't changed my signature so it has just been posts. One I had to edit 3 times before it finally held.

To both. This is the same problem as before.

And the problems isn't just reappearing now, it was never solved (I know you guys have tried solving it before. I'm not trying to be rude, just mentioning that the problem wasn't solved even temporarily).

Every single post of mine(without exception) which has had over a certain number of edits has fallen to the edit bug. And other game managers on the forum have had the same experience. It rarely occurs in the usual posts(probably because they are rarely edited that much), but posts in game thread which contain information that needs to be updated periodically always revert back to a previous edition. However, the latest edit is always present if you just hit the edit button again(or on quoting the post).

Re: Posts and Signatures Reverting Back to Older Forms

^^^ I've been having the same issue when I'm updating/ editing player schedule posts in the French forum. But as Pratik mentioned, I found that if I quoted my own post I could see the updated version, so the edited information wasn't lost, just not being shown.

For me, it looks like the edit has worked at the time - it shows me the post updated - but when I leave the thread and return to the post later, it has reverted back to the previous version.
