That O'Mahony character supports Andy Murray as well as Gasquet, clearly a crime to the dickheads in Richard's forum.

Re: why is there no consistency regarding "Banned Users" thread?

Just checked the "Banner Users-Info" section. Methinks one month-or even three months-for wishing injury or death on someone is too short. Why not six or nine?

Why not pursue legal means in the case of someone wishing death on another? Does this fall under "terroristic threats?"

Talk to the hand because the ears don't hear you.

What are you laughing about? If a poster makes a poor choice of words, whether intentionally or unintentionally, he or she could end up on the wrong side of the law.

Well aren't you lovely.

Just like Tori (Cloudygirl) has stated there is nothing wrong with supporting Murray and also posting in the Gasquet thread, there are other users there that like Murray and aren't banned. And trust me Eimear never really liked Richard, just put him in his sig so she can come to the forum and chat with the other posters, because last time I checked, saying 'Go Murray beat that Druggie Gasquet' isn't really the words that you would expect from a fan of both.

Its a fucken message board, don't take this shit so seriously..its just a fun place, some people get carried away but to threaten them with the law, that's just too funny. Have you ever wondered why they get carried away? Obviously its cuz the internet allows them to be 'big' people, and it's great for them to feel important but, you can't take them seriously.
