Re: Week 47: Luxembourg

Lmao, this challenger has a higher cutoff than the ATP Level Tournament in Japan.

Re: Week 47: Luxembourg

The cut will drop some, but right now Luxembourg has a higher cut than eleven 32-draw ATP tournaments in 2005. It's the only $150K+H challenger (the highest level) of the whole year and there are no ATP tournaments that week.

Re: Week 47: Luxembourg

And its one last chance for some of the players to get into the Top 110 or so before the Aus Open direct entry cut-off on December 5th. I suspect that's why Justin has entered, and I bet he pulls out if he doesn't need the points.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Re: Week 47: Luxembourg

I could go to that challenger, but when I remind myself that travel to Aachen by bus then I immediately lose the will of seeing tennis live even on so high level.

Re: Week 47: Luxembourg

Oh it would be around 850 km from where I live I would have that weekend free, so I'd go to Opole ladies ITF 25.000$ instead - 60 km

I'm sure you will enjoy the challenger, the draw is so strong . And SOAD is my fave band along with Katatonia from Sweden and more famous ones - Placebo, Starsailor, The Killers, Garbage, Metallica, HIM, 69 Eyes, Apocalyptica, Die Toten Hosen, Guano Apes etc.
