Yes Lee, many people died because of too cold weather. Unfortunately it`s a problem of homelessness

Re: The Chat Thread: Part 2

Greg. I hope the government will provide more shelters for homeless people when the temperature goes down. There are many homeless people in Canada too (actually all over the world no matter how wealthy a country is) but usually, when the weather turned bad, there will be places for people to stay inside for a short period of time.

Re: The Chat Thread: Part 2

oh god, it seems that i am really getting useless/aging, i forgot to check whether a visa is required for going to Indonesia for British passport holder (I have 2 passports and i mostly use the Chinese one and we don't need a visa to Indonesia if we use the Chinese passport, but my boss is using the British passport and she needs a visa upon landing) .

the travel agent is also irresponsible, she should inform me but she did not, my boss just wrote an e mail to scold me, I am very afraid, she is going to scold me heavily when she comes back next Monday,

yes, but i don't know if she exagerrated in order to make me more guilty or not, she said it took 3 hours for the visa to issue

I feel very guilty and ashamed for my incompetence, thanks for your suggestion

Re: The Chat Thread: Part 2

You're welcome, mimim!

Everything/where in North America, especially the western part, look big and splendid in real life Many animals, those not strong enough, will die during winter but that's what nature's plan. Only the strong survives.

I plan to visit Yellow Stone Park next summer but may need to change the plan. I have a hard time planning for anything for the next 3 months.

Re: The Chat Thread: Part 2

I wish that you can do your visit next Summar and post us many beautiful photos, I have one old secondary school mate who is working in Sillicon? Valley, she said we may visit Yellow stone park some day together when I go there, but i don't know when, very troublesome to get a visa, she is very funny, she lived in HK for more than 20 years before she left for USA and she almost comes back once every year, she drives to work when she is in USA which is such a big country, but couldn't find her way to our meeting places as Chinese restaurants etc in a small dot like Wanchai, I have to escort her to the tennis court in Quarry Bay, funny though she used to live in North Point

busy working . Eating a lot of chocolate during holidays, am going to eat a lunch buffet tomorrow too, i am going to add 10kg

p.s. your Roger's twins look so cute and pretty, he is smart not to behave like Tiger and stick with the same woman and take care of his babies
