Re: Forum revival thread

Ooh a lady of leisure sounds nice. My hubby sold his first mystery short story to Ellery Queen Magazine . However I won't be quitting anytime soon since it only nets him $200

Ok must be off

Re: Forum revival thread

Congrats to your man Sue for selling his first story. That's great. Eventhough the money isn't enough to make you a lady of leisure, it's a start.

We had a party last night, had dinner with some friends at a Lebanees restaurant. Yummy food After which we went to a bar and this never happens to me, but I felt old. I swear the average age before we entered was 18. I tried hard to fit in, up until around 2 o'clock.

My boy is on a bike climbing a volcano or something alike.

Back in business! But won't be here for long as I'm going to the beach for the weekend. Leaving tomorrow. We were supposed to have a Queens Day reception tonight but some a** tried to kill her today, so no celebration.

Re: Forum revival thread

Back from the beach! We stayed in such an amazing house, my house pales in comparison. Rained most of the day yesterday but Barca pulled a winning set and when you're in the pool you get wet anyway so it was all good. Have a "business meeting" tomorrow morning, got offered a new job Thursday so am talking to the guy to see if I like it.

Hope everybody had a good weekend

Haven't heard from Isa in a long time, how unfair, she's gone off and got a life.

Ali, where are you going those weekends? Not off to stalk some poor young men or are you?

I can and I did! I'm super excited, it's with one of my ex-colleagues who has started his own school together with somebody else.
