Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

well it's jsut my opinion...but i think it was an ugly match...and horna as usual screaming and throwing his racket....wel is cool to have chucho on the quarters, but i really spected a match more fun to watch CONGRATULATIONS CHUCHO!

CORIA - MOYA - AGASSI - SAFIN - MASSU

(and there must be at least 1 sign of idiotic nationalism soo... HORNA!!! )

and!! the great peruvian tennis promisses: MARIANA DEMICHELLI & MAURICIO ECHAZU!!!

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

Well done Chucho!!! I watched the second set of the match and his serve was just awesome! I'm really happy for him and congratulations Chucho for your very first QF in a Masters Series Tournament and your first 3 wins in a row in hardcourts!
Here is a pic of him when he was playing against Lucho Horna.

They didn't show the match with Horna on TV here in England, - but just wanted to say congrats to Chucho for reaching the quarter finals - and good luck tonight.

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

It wasn't that bad, was it?

Kinda pity that he didn't break Fed to be up 5-3 in the first set, then it could've gone ANY way. Fed wasn’t at his best today, to beat him, you have to convert that kind of chances. Chucho was a lazy ass in the second after he got broken.
But he showed two top class bh down the line .
I'm glad i finally saw his match because i've kinda missed him since Sopot. And Orsa too

Either way, great tournament for Jose.

You probably have no idea who the guy in my avatar is.

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

It wasn't a great match and Chucho played some very good tennis from 0-3 down to get back it to 4-5, then he couldn't do it from there. He seemed to me to have the I can't beat Roger feeling and tried not to lose badly, he had some good shots, but he wasn't serving as well as he can and got punished because of it.

Good week Chucho and back into the top 50 with that performance.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Chucho likes Gaudio and that's not a bad thing.

The blue socks are a no-no in professional sport and anywhere else.
