Maybe the ladies were chasing him And anyway - who wants consistency?

He reached a semifinal in Sopot in 2003, lost after a close match to Ferrer and never repeated this result again.

That is scary... oh wait... i thought about it too At US Open Gaston lost in the first round and i'm 100% sure that he wasn't wearing them. I thought that those must be lucky socks and probably Chucho will wear them playing against Horna... and he did... and he won lol. Ok, i'm kidding but the truth is i thought the same about the socks and that's funny

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

Big Chucho and Prieto won the doubles against Hanescu and Pavel.

Too bad Chucho wasn't good enough for the singles this year, good luck for Palermo.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

i was keeping my fingers crossed throughout the whole match and i'm glad it was worth it! I've already came out of shock that Chucho lost to Hidalgo so the doubles title was something really really nice! Good luck in Palermo! I hope he'll finally kick some ass on clay.

Re: Jose "Chucho" Acasuso Room

Thanks for the pics Alexito and as for Chucho he will not be playing at Palermo.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
