Journal- 24/2/03

A bientôt, salut.

Re: Journal- 24/2/03

You left Rotterdam in the semis against Sluiter. Physically, you aren't truly at your best...

I am a bit tired because i have a cold which i caught a week ago. And, i gave my all in my match against Nico the day before. i slept at 3am and it was true that i wasn't that fresh against Sluiter. Like he played a good match...i wasn't very energetic. i was always late hitting the ball and at this level, there aren't any excuses.

Saturday morning, at your awakening, did you feel it would be really complicated?
Completely. i wasn't really well. i had nevertheless a small hope as i was playing in the night. but like Sluter had well taken his chance, i don't have any regrets. i am a little disapointed that i had could have gone all the way but yeah, i come nevertheless to have a good week.

What reports do you have about Rotterdam?
All together, it's positive. i arrived in Marseille relatively tired and despite everything, i won 3 matches pretty solidly.

You rest this week.
I am actually in the airport about to take a plane to Boca Raton. i won't do much this week and will start training with Theirry on Monday. i'll leave for Indian Wells on Friday.

Last thing, on ur forum, Emma found out that the Counting Crows will be in Boca Raton on the 30th of March...
Yeah, that's great!! thanks emma for that, i love them! If my schedule lets me go, i'll go to it. i'll talk to you again in my next interviews. Thanks!
