Re: Seb's Come Back

This articles makes me sad too
Nice words, thanks arnaud and hagel.

I have nothing to say... it's not a big news, of coursen I was the first to say I didn't know why he was going on trying to play... but...ahhh m.... it's time finally. It's weird to think it's over. He's still young, and it's just a pity, these 2/3 years without playing, what a waste !!!
He says he wants to continue to be connected with tennis (veterans/medias...), that's good to know, but it's not the same.

(I don't imagine him at all at tv, everybody knows seb and the medias...lol)

He's in my top 3 ...forever

Re: Seb's Come Back

Thanks for all the updates everybody Will definitely check some of the videos out!
Such sad news, but I guess we knew it was coming. He has made the right decision, can't keep playing with all these injuries
Hopefully he may play at Wimbledon, who knows? But it would be nice to see him finish on a surface he plays well on

Oh my god I'm so sad to know that it's over but it's the life. Do you know the day where Seb plays at Roland Garros please?

Re: Seb's Come Back

Thanks; does anyone know if there is a camera on court 6?
If so, any good links for live streaming? Would really like to see Seb play if possible (seeing as it doesn't sound like there are going to be very many more chances to ...)

Re: Seb's Come Back

Richard withdrew because of back problems so no Seb in doubles. No more RG.

Yeah, what a bummer! I know the match probably wouldn't have been televised/streamed, but it would have been nice to know he played one more time at RG (and there'd have been match reports etc.). I hope Richie is ok.

I'm sure they are both very disappointed. Obviously, we all are as well. Hopefully Seb will show up later in the season, key word being hope.

Re: Seb's Come Back

According his conference today no wim but maybe Bercy

Cela me semblait logique d'arrêter.

Re: Seb's Come Back

That's so sad for him
not to play a last match (even in double) in Roland Garros, he played so fantastic matches here, I have so great memories as a spectator and of course as a tv spectator ... I'd love to see him in Bercy... Arghh SEB

Is this interview in video anywhere? I can find it on the RG website, but just the text ... Doesn't seem to be in the videos?

Yeah, I looked on the Roland Garros site too, but it doesn't seem to be there. I found an interview with Seb on the French Eurosport site that seems to have taken place just after the press conference. It's here (after the advertising...):

Re: Seb's Come Back

It's his birthday today and he should receive a trophy for his end of carreer at the end of Djokovic match on center court.
